Each Student Office operates, from an administrative standpoint, in the management of academic records and degree programmes within the respective teaching Department.
Public services are provided daily through online platforms, including Microsoft Teams.
For procedures that require in-person attendance at the office, an appointment can be scheduled with the Student Office.

The University’s Public Relations Office (URP) chat service is available Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays. Operators respond in Italian to users’ questions regarding services offered by the University.
The chat is managed by the Student Office and University Infopoint staff and provides assistance on the following procedures:
- Enrollment in degree programmes
- Issuance of certificates
- Withdrawal from studies
- ISEE-U documentation
